As we don't stock artwork, therefore we cannot accept returns. Our Fine Art is made to order to the highest archival quality.

Our safe ship guarantee ensures your artwork arrives in perfect condition, but on the rare occasion damage occurs from shipping - the original box must be photographed for insurance claim. Our guarantee of quality and your satisfaction is our main priority. If your artwork was damaged during shipping (it can happen, but is rare), please notify us with photos via email ASAP. We will make sure you are taken care of.
We ship via Fed Ex - you will receive a tracking number when your artwork has left our facility (located in Portland OR) via email.
Art is produced in 7 business days - delivery time depends on where you live. Please note: a signature will be required for the delivery.
